Terms and conditions
1.Contract:
The customer's order is an offer. The contract is valid after our acceptance or with the shipment of the products.
An order is only possible if all designated fields in the order form are filled. In the case of lack of information or if we are unable to fulfill your order for any other reason, the customer receives an error message. Before the final dispatch of the order, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. Supporting details the customer directly fills in in the order process. Once the order process has been completed, the customer is informed about an information window "Your order has been completed and has been sent" notification. This does not constitute acceptance of the Customer's offer yet.
2.Acknowledgement of receipt:
If the order has been received by us, the customer will be informed about the value disclosed by him e-mail address from the receipt of his order. This communication does not constitute acceptance of his offer whereas.
3.Contract storage :
The contract of sale is not stored by us. If the customer wants to print the text of the contract of his appointment , he can print the e-mail sent to him order confirmation .
4.Contract language :
The contract language is German.
5.Quote, Order, Contract:
The customer's order is an offer. A contract is made with the shipment of goods. The customer is informed of the dispatch by e -mail.
The customer is bound to his order 7 days from receipt of this order.
Should we for some reason not be able to fulfill the customer´s order, the customer will be notified about it by e-mail.
6.Delivery time:
If not explicitly stated otherwise, delivery time is agreed within 10 days after the order is received.
7.Prices / shipping and transportation costs:
All prices are inclusive of all taxes, including sales tax and fees. The shipping costs are not included in the prices and will be reported separately. For a delivery to a non-EU country, the consumer is responsible for all import and export duties and charges, taxes, duties and fees.
8.Settlement date:
If no other method of payment agreed, the customer is obligated to complete payment of the purchase price already in the contract. The goods are delivered only after payment is received.
9.Right of withdrawal:
Customers who are consumers in their respective countries of residence within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act or similar laws, to withdraw within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of delivery of the goods ordered by a closed distance contract (or a declaration made at a distance contract ) .
It is sufficient if the notice of withdrawal within the time limit without giving reasons is mailed. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays count for the calculation of the period with.
In case of cancellation a refund of the purchase price including shipping costs will only go hand in hand with the return of the goods received by the buyer.
Goods should be returned in unused and as new condition and in the original packaging. For items that are damaged by signs, provided they are not caused by normal intended use, an appropriate charge for the impairment is collected by us. The same applies if the accessories or parts are missing.

The cost of returning goods shall be borne by the customer. Should the goods be returned freight collect, we are entitled to withhold or to invoice a corresponding amount.

12.Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
For food and dietary supplements as well as vitamins and minerals ( home deliveries ), there is a right of rescission only if the goods have not been unsealed.

14.Exclusion of liability for ordinary negligence :
Claims for damages in cases of slight negligence are excluded. This does not apply to personal injury or damage to the handling of matters and product liability claims.

Performance for our performance is Vienna / Austria .
16.Payment :
For the timeliness of the payment, the date of receipt is relevant.
17.Risk of Loss :
Unless otherwise agreed, the company bears the risk of transportation in consumer deliveries.
18.Default of acceptance:
The consumer is in default of acceptance, we are entitled to store the goods and we charge a storage fee of € 2 per commenced calendar day. At the same time, we retain the right to insist on fulfillment of the contract .
But we are also entitled to withdraw after a reasonable grace period from the contract and use of the goods. An already paid purchase price will be paid less the costs incurred by us.
19.Retention of title:
The goods remain our property until full payment. In the event of default by the customer, we are entitled to make our rights under the retention of title. It is agreed that in the assertion of title does not constitute withdrawal from the contract obtained, unless we withdraw from the contract explicitly.
20.Data Processing:
The Customer agrees that the following personal data such as names, date of birth, address, e-mail address for the purpose of personalizing Webshop offers, are processed for future visits to the shop.
We point out that for the purpose of easier shopping process and for subsequent contract management from the webshop operator in the framework of cookies, the IP data of the user are stored, as well as name, address and credit card number or bank account details of the purchaser. A transfer of data to third parties, except for the transmission of your credit card or bank account details and the respective banking institution for the purpose of debiting the purchase price is forbidden. After completion of the virtual shopping the data stored in the cookies are stored until payment of the invoice or after termination of the shopping process the data stored in the cookie data is deleted. The data name, address and credit card or account number is stored until delivery of the goods. The data processing is based on the statutory provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and § 8 para 3 4 DSG .
21.Consent to receive commercial e-mails - Revocation:
The customer agrees to the receipt of news of our company about our products, special offers and other business information medium commercial e-mail , in particular newsletter.
The customer may at any time revoke his consent to receive such e -mails by returning the e- mail and the sender address with the message "Please no more emails."
