The 50 watt UVB lamp spot is used for sun-loving reptiles (Ferguson zones 2 and 3) with a distance between 25 and 35 cm. Thus, the use is similar to that of the 35 watt lamp - only the distances are slightly larger. This means that the animals can be up to 30 cm long and fit under the cone of light. This terrarium lamp is therefore suitable for almost all types of turtles, smaller lizards and monitor lizards and - with a larger distance of approx. 40cm - for chameleons.

•     Normal glass does not let UVB light through. Therefore, never place the lamp over a glass pane.
•     The installation must be carried out by a specialist.
•     Whenever changing, be sure to pull the power plug and let the lamp cool down.
•     Never open the product
•     If a defect occurs, disconnect the power supply immediately
•     It is normal for UV radiation to decrease over time. It is recommended to replace the lamps after approx. 3500 hours of operation.
